This notice explains what information the ParaSequence website handles and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
Scope
This notice applies to the ParaSequence website and enquiries sent to ParaSequence through the contact options shown on the site.
Information you choose to send
The contact form sends the details you enter to ParaSequence through the website hosting provider, Netlify. Netlify may process and store the submission so it can be delivered and managed. You can instead contact ParaSequence directly by email.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential technical files or other sensitive information through an initial enquiry.
Website and technical data
ParaSequence uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and Microsoft Clarity to understand interaction patterns such as navigation, scrolling and page use. These services may process information such as an IP address, browser and device details, referring source, requested pages, interaction events and general geographic region.
Netlify, the hosting provider, also processes standard request information to deliver, secure and operate the site.
How enquiry information is used
Information submitted through the form or sent by email may be used to understand and respond to the enquiry, continue a requested business conversation and maintain appropriate business records. It is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes or required by law.
Enquiries may include campaign tags, the landing-page path and the referring website hostname to help us understand their source. This attribution is kept in tab session storage and attached to the enquiry. On a later page load, stored attribution older than 30 minutes is replaced. The enquiry-success analytics event contains only the form identifier and submission method, not the name, email, company or message.
External links and services
Netlify hosts the website and processes contact-form submissions. Google provides Google Analytics and Microsoft provides Clarity. The site also links to third-party services, including LinkedIn. Each provider's privacy terms apply when it processes information.
Analytics preferences
Analytics are enabled in this browser.
Your preference is stored in this browser. Disabling analytics prevents these measurement tags from loading on future page views in this browser.
Your choices and questions
You may ask about information you previously sent, request a correction or ask that it be deleted where applicable. Contact hello@parasequence.com.
